It's very important to us to provide the highest quality and fair production of our products. For this reason, everything that we cannot produce ourselves, in our in-house production near Cologne, is made under our supervision at local manufacturers.

We only choose wood of the highest quality. Wood is a natural material though and just like every tree, each of our products is unique in grain and color. Accordingly, there may be slight deviations from the product image.

Currently, only the product variants found in the store are available for purchase.

However, we are open to suggestions and product ideas. We are looking forward to hearing from you and maybe your idea will be a future project.

The cancellation or modification of an order is possible until the product has been shipped out.

In order to provide fast shipping of our products we cooperate with a nearby fulfillment center that sends our products out to the customer during operating hours (8-16:30 CET).

We always try to send out the ordered products as soon as possible. However, the exact duration depends on the place and time of the order. In general, orders are processed and shipped on business days, from -16:30.

After the order is placed, a shipping confirmation including a tracking number is sent to the customers mail address. This number can be used to track the shipment at any time.
